- Installed new windows and exterior doors in entire unit

- Installed new plumbing in kitchen and bathrooms
- Installed new water heater and laundry hookup on second floor
- Installed new HVAC
- Created a breakfast bar and installed new cabinetry, countertops, appliances in kitchen
- Installed new flooring
- Prime and painted all walls and ceilings
